FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sabrina Hinton is the founder and Executive Director of TLC Learning Academy, and is responsible for the strategic direction of the program. Sabrina received her B.S. in Accounting and Finance and a MAT. in Teaching, and MED in Special Education at Salem College and a EdD Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizon. She lives her dreams every day being able to work with young children. She realized that she could combine her creative abilities, her love of the artistic process, and her love of working with children into an early childhood program here in TLC Learning Academy.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Christopher Hinton is the Associate Director of TLC Learning Academy, and is responsible for the day to day operations, admissions, and strategic direction of the program. Christopher received his B.S. in Business Management and Finance and a B.S. in Marketing at Appalachian State University. Christopher found himself gravitating towards children and families who needed more support than the traditional school model could provide. This led him to obtain his credentials in Child Development. Since completing his credentials in 2019, he has gone on to work in a variety of clinical and early childhood settings providing support to adults, children, and families.
Currently he is working as an education consultant and teacher trainer for preschools in the Winston-Salem area. Christopher is will complete his MBA currently at North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University in the Fall of 2020.
